Presentation rooms are equipped with:

• Podium microphone
• Speakers
• Panel presentations will also have a skirted table and additional mics
• Projector & screen, 16:9 aspect ratio, with a single male HDMI cable for video, and a standard 3.5mm male stereo headphone plug for computer sound

BRING: Your own presentation laptop, your own dongle to link your laptop to HDMI, and make sure your laptop can take a standard 3.5mm stereo headphone plug for computer sound if needed
